- Cookies as per Tilda website functionalities, though I do not actively track analytics.

- I use an email provider to receive and respond to messages.

- Data is stored only as long as necessary, either until the end of treatment or for the legally required retention period.  
- Once this period has passed, data will be permanently deleted.

I do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to any third parties, with the exception if required to do so by law.

Our service providers are located and/or use servers in countries outside Switzerland. There is no adequacy decision by the Federal Council for these countries. Our cooperation with them is based on the standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.

- Request deletion of personal data once the legal retention period has passed (if not requested, it will be done automatically).

Remote sessions are available through:  
- Zoom 
- Google Meet
- Yandex Telemost.
These platforms comply with standard privacy and data protection regulations. Clients may choose the platform that works best for them.

I may use your contact information to inform you of changes to the website or the services. I reserve the right to change, modify or otherwise alter the website and this Privacy Policy at any time.
