Good afternoon! My name is Olga.

I am glad that you have visited my page. I hope that I will be able to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery.

I grew up in a family with many unresolved issues, which forced me to mature early and take responsibility for others as well as myself. Consequently, I rarely communicated with my inner child, and it became difficult to understand my true self. At a certain point, I realised there was a path to self-discovery, so I became a Counselor.

Together, we will find out your request, determine your goals, and perhaps do some introductory practice. Many of my clients have reported a decrease in anxiety, calmer relationships, and increased awareness of their emotional responses after working with me.

During our online consultation I will provide exercises and ask questions that may help you see your issue from a new perspective. Our conversation takes place in a completely confidential and ethical manner, based on respect and concern for the client's well-being (OPPL Ethical Code and EFPA European Meta-Code of Professional Ethics).

If a meeting is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, the cost of the consultation remains. This helps to maintain the time allocated to you and the sustainability of our process.

Our sessions are a space where you can share what truly matters without judgment.

About me

I came to counselling after a career as a corporate lawyer and several years of charitable work. My experience of an active lifestyle, having four children and moving internationally several times, in addition to my psychological education, helps me to find peace within myself when communicating with my clients. I live with my family in Zug, Switzerland. I currently work as a Counselor.

I am currently advancing my professional qualifications in Individual Psychology, grounded in Alfred Adler’s principles, at the ICL Institute for Life and Marriage Counseling (Switzerland). My approach is further enriched by a comprehensive three-year training in Emotive Image Therapy completed at the Institute for Human Development in Russia. I also hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, which provides a strong academic foundation for my practice and informs my integrative, client-centered method.

I am a member of SGIPA — the Swiss Association for Individual Psychology according to Alfred Adler.
